Clinical Operations Associate Manager
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple clinical operations teams, the full-time Clinical Operations Associate Manager Non-RN (Care Management) will ensure achievement of quality, productivity, compliance, and client objectives while developing leaders and driving continuous improvement in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple teams to meet productivity, quality, compliance, and service-level objectives
- Develop and coach Senior Supervisors, Team Leads, and frontline staff to enhance performance and talent development
- Serve as the primary operational contact for client requests and performance discussions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams in healthcare operations or related environments
- Experience driving productivity, quality, compliance, and service-level performance
- Proven ability to develop and execute operational action plans
