Clinical Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support the clinical team's day-to-day functionality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize clinical workflows, provider schedules, and onboarding processes
• Act as a point of contact for clinicians, facilitating communication and support throughout the year
• Leverage reporting tools to monitor productivity and compliance, and identify patient reengagement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in healthcare, business, operations, or compliance preferred
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting, business operations, or clinical provider support
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating change and evolving workflows
• Ability to build partnerships and foster collaborative relationships across the organization
• Proficient with technology platforms and systems, including EMR tools and CRM experience preferred
