Job Summary

Supporting the operational delivery of contracted services in clinical trials, the remote Clinical Operations Coordinator will manage rater training, clinician network management, and data management while flexibly assisting study teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with study teams to alleviate bandwidth strain on coordinator responsibilities
• Process clinician/rater forms and manage documentation via training systems
• Schedule training video conferences and handle hardware shipment documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience
• Previous project management or administrative support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• West Coast location required
