Clinical Operations Development Lead
Job Summary
To support the expansion of the Global Clinical Trial Operations team, the full-time Clinical Operations Development Lead will oversee clinical activities for specific therapeutic indications, co-lead the Clinical Development Team, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with the Clinical Development Plan
- Co-lead the Clinical Development Team, driving execution of the clinical program and facilitating meetings
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a medical or para-medical field; PhD is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Clinical Development and trial management
- Experience overseeing CROs and vendors in an outsourced model
- Background in rare diseases and/or autoimmune clinical trials is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
