Job Summary

To lead and scale the operational engine behind a rapidly growing clinical business, the full-time Clinical Operations Director will oversee clinical operations, care coordination, and patient experience while partnering with various teams to ensure quality and efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational infrastructure to enable the care team to deliver exceptional care at scale
• Oversee care coordination operations and manage the conversion funnel from referral to treatment
• Develop operational models and reporting frameworks that align with company growth objectives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive clinical operations experience within healthcare organizations
• 3-5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multi-functional operational teams
• Proven success managing operational teams of 50+ employees within healthcare environments
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data for decision-making
• Experience in telehealth, digital health, or related healthcare services organizations preferred
