Job Summary
To support a pioneering telemedicine practice, the full-time Clinical Operations Director will oversee daily clinical operations, manage the Patient Care Coordinator team, and ensure compliance while enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient experiences
- Lead and develop the Patient Care Coordinator team, conducting performance reviews and coaching
- Manage operational systems and workflows, including patient onboarding, renewals, and compliance initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10-15+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience in relevant roles
- Master's degree preferred (MHA, MPH, MBA, or similar)
- Experience in telehealth or remote healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, physician credentialing, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in operational software such as EMRs, CRMs, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
