Job Summary
Leading clinical operations strategy, the remote Associate Director of Clinical Operations will oversee clinical trial management, site monitoring, and project deliverables while serving as the primary client-facing operational leader for sponsors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of clinical operations across multiple research programs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for complex clinical studies
- Direct and mentor clinical trial and project management teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research environments
- 6+ years of clinical operations leadership or project management experience
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical development processes
- Previous experience in client-facing roles within a CRO setting
