Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the primary clinical operations partner for health system clients, the full-time Clinical Operations Lead will guide perioperative teams through workflow design, training, and adoption of the Card Optimizer platform in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and validate current-state preference card workflows and define future-state models aligned with platform capabilities
• Develop and deliver role-specific training for clinical staff, driving frontline adoption of the Card Optimizer tools
• Engage with clinical stakeholders to build relationships and facilitate physician engagement sessions, while supporting the sales process

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in perioperative services, OR management, or clinical supply chain
• Proven ownership of large-scale preference card cleanup or standardization initiatives
• Familiarity with preference card anatomy and workflows
• Experience working with surgical information systems such as Epic OpTime or comparable platforms
• Ability to engage and influence senior clinical leadership and staff around workflow changes
