Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing clinical operations within a defined region, the full-time Clinical Operations Lead will manage project deliverables, provide training and support to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and ensure compliance with protocols and regulations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee regional CRAs to ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP, and local regulations
• Conduct regular global CRA calls and provide operational support to the monitoring team throughout the project
• Develop training materials and implement enrollment and recruitment strategies in collaboration with the clinical project team

Required qualifications

• College diploma/degree with 7-9 years of related experience or an undergraduate degree with 4-6 years of experience and ongoing job-related training
• Preferred background in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Nursing, with SoCRA and/or ACRP Certification
• Minimum of 3 years CRA experience with strong proficiency in EDC systems and MS Office
• Demonstrated ability in report writing and understanding clinical research documents
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
