Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

To oversee clinical operations for a project at a regional/global level, the full-time Clinical Operations Lead will manage project deliverables, provide oversight of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and investigator sites, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall oversight of regional CRAs to ensure compliance with study protocols and timelines
• Conduct regular calls and meetings with CRAs and study sponsors to provide updates on site progress
• Develop training materials and implement enrollment and recruitment strategies in collaboration with the clinical project team

Required qualifications

• College diploma/degree with 7-9 years of related experience, or an undergraduate degree with 4-6 years of experience and ongoing job-related training
• Preferred background in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Nursing, with SoCRA and/or ACRP Certification
• A minimum of 3 years of CRA experience and strong proficiency with EDC systems and MS Office
• Demonstrated knowledge of GCPs and local regulations related to clinical monitoring
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
