Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of clinical operations professionals

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma and 5 years' experience in healthcare or medical billing
• Coding certification required through AHIMA or AAPC
• Extensive knowledge of hospital billing, reimbursement policies, and medical coding
• Experience with professional and facility contract interpretation
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites and ability to work independently
