Clinical Operations Lead Associate

Job Summary

A healthcare company is looking for a Lead Clinical Operations Associate.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy operational policies, tools, and workflows to improve the efficiency of the clinical practice
• Oversee and manage practice-wide pilots and initiatives as required
• Deploy products necessary for critical expansion of services, including referral management, technology/EHR deployment and secondary care options

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience, specifically working with clinical teams managing small to midsize initiatives
• Minimum 1 years of people management or equivalent supervisory experience, preferred
• Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for developing your team
• Highly organized with experience in managing and prioritizing projects, both big and small, to completion with high attention to detail
• Experience with Asana is preferred
