Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the execution of clinical studies and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of assigned clinical trials, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines
• Manage study budgets, vendor selection, and contract negotiations while providing oversight to third-party partners
• Ensure studies are inspection-ready and participate in regulatory inspections as needed

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in a health-related or life science area; advanced degrees may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research, with at least 3 years in clinical study management
• Knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research
• Experience in project/program management and matrix leadership
• Fluent in business English, both oral and written
