Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurse disability and behavioral health consultants
• Analyze data and trends to improve service delivery and implement process enhancements
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members and manage performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of disability claims experience
• Current Registered Nurse license or licensure in Clinical Psychology or Social Work
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
• Previous leadership experience, including staff development and continuous improvement
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents and regulations
