• Directly manage a remote team of Care Partners, providing guidance and support
• Oversee daily operations of clinical staff, including planning and quality assurance
• Design and improve operational processes to ensure high clinical quality and service excellence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing employees in a clinical setting
• Background in nursing, care management, or clinical operations
• Proficiency in HIPAA and CMS regulatory requirements
• BA/BS degree required
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously
