Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to lead and support their Clinical Assistant Team and enhance clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the performance of the Clinical Assistants to ensure adherence to clinical protocols
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical workflows
• Analyze data from Zendesk to identify trends and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; clinical experience is a plus
• 3-5+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare support functions
• Experience in supervising clinical or administrative staff
• Strong knowledge of prior authorization processes and patient access workflows
• Prior experience in obesity care, specifically supporting GLP-1 therapy
