Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical workforce capacity and surge planning to manage demand variability and growth
• Partner with clinical leadership and finance on headcount planning and staffing models
• Define, build, and maintain clinical operations metrics and dashboards to track performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing data-driven clinical operations in a telehealth environment
• Prior experience at a telehealth or digital health startup
• Experience with clinician capacity modeling, staffing plans, and utilization forecasting
• Comfortable defining KPIs and building dashboards for decision-making
• Ability to navigate trade-offs in clinical operations affecting multiple departments
