Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager or Senior Manager to scale its care delivery model across markets and service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize infrastructure for new markets and service lines, including vendor setup and workflows
• Translate care model standards into operational workflows and ensure readiness for launch
• Drive improvements across care delivery workflows and partner with Product to embed workflows into team tools

Required Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery environments
• Exposure to market launches, implementations, or scaling operations
• Strong process documentation and workflow design skills
• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate across domains
