A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations of clinical, cost containment, and population health programs to ensure quality patient care
• Develop and monitor program goals aligned with the strategic plan and analyze performance metrics
• Facilitate teamwork across departments and manage the budget for assigned programs and staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, healthcare payer, or wellness-related field, or equivalent RN experience
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
• At least 3 years of managerial experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
