Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of over six, the full-time Operations Manager for Mental Health Evaluations will oversee daily operations, implement standard procedures to enhance efficiency and quality, and collaborate with clinical teams to support mental health evaluations and leave processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the clinical team
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency and client engagement
• Analyze data to identify issues and inform decision-making related to patient cases and program performance

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in clinical operations management, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Clinical training preferred (e.g., Masters in Social Work, Registered Nurse)
• Strong project and team management skills
• Ability to independently diagnose issues and work toward sustainable solutions
• Passion for transforming mental health through technology and human-centered care
