Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Clinical Operations Manager will lead a team of Clinical Care Coordinators remotely, focusing on performance management, team leadership, and workflow optimization to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow and monitor performance metrics to meet productivity and quality targets
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff while fostering a positive team environment
• Track and manage team performance metrics, collaborating with leadership on improvement plans

Required qualifications

• Prior experience supervising or managing a production-based team in healthcare or clinical operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage productivity, quality, and service-level performance
• Strong knowledge of care coordination or clinical operations workflows
• Experience with EMR systems and performance management tools
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
