Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of clinical operations, the full-time Clinical Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, lead project initiatives, and manage the care operations team, with the flexibility to work remotely or from NYC, while also ensuring quality improvement in service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly clinical operations, monitoring appointment flow and addressing real-time issues
• Lead end-to-end operational projects, designing new workflows and process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage and develop the offshore care operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and ensuring reliable care delivery

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience at a digital healthcare startup, including people management
• Proven track record of independently running projects and improving operational metrics
• Strong communication skills to keep teams and stakeholders aligned
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering results
