Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager, the full-time position will provide leadership and operational oversight in a global clinical research organization, focusing on team development, compliance with clinical trial regulations, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical operations staff while fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
- Support business growth by participating in proposal development and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline
- Significant experience in clinical research, preferably within a CRO environment
- Strong background in roles such as Senior CRA, Clinical Lead, or Project Manager
- Previous line management experience with a focus on team development
- Excellent understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and global clinical trial regulations
