Clinical Operations Program Lead

Job Summary

To support clinical operations, the full-time Associate Director, Clinical Operations Program Lead will develop and lead program-level operational strategies, oversee clinical study execution, and ensure effective collaboration with strategic partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the clinical program operational strategy in collaboration with Clinical Operations Managers and vendors
• Provide program-level oversight to ensure timely and quality execution of clinical studies within budget
• Communicate program status and issues to senior management to facilitate timely decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research, with at least 7 years in clinical study/project management
• Experience with early phase clinical studies or later phase global programs across multiple therapeutic areas
• Expertise in global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research
• Demonstrated excellence in program management, including risk assessment and contingency planning
