Job Summary

To support clinical recruitment efforts, the part-time Clinical Operations Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle for high-volume clinical positions while continuing their role as a Cardiac Device Specialist, ensuring an engaging candidate experience and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for clinical roles, from job posting to final interview
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate clinical experience, technical skills, and cultural fit
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and an engaging hiring process

Required qualifications

• Current Cardiac Device Specialist in good standing
• Comfortable learning new technology and using applicant tracking systems
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and minimal need for supervision
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements
