Clinical Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Conducting comprehensive chart reviews, the fully remote Clinical Operations Specialist will ensure clinical accuracy of AI diagnostic models and support clinical documentation improvement within healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records to ensure clinical accuracy in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical documentation and diagnostic models
• Apply coding guidelines and regulations to assign appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a clinical documentation/coding role
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and healthcare documentation requirements
• Bachelor's degree in health information management, nursing, or a related medical field
• Professional certification, such as Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC), is preferred but not required
