Clinical Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Leading projects and systematic processes, the full-time Clinical Operations Specialist will create, organize, and execute project plans while ensuring efficient operational processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Create project plans with timelines and milestones, adhering to deadlines
• Communicate project status through standard reports and meetings
• Serve as a point of contact for projects to ensure cross-departmental collaboration

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life or physical science
• 1-2 years of operational project coordination experience, preferably in a diagnostic laboratory setting
• Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational/logistical aspects of clinical testing
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred
