Clinical Operations Support Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Support Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for clinical operations issues and assist with real-time problem solving
• Support daily operations by monitoring worklists and ensuring timely case processing
• Act as a liaison between radiologists, sites, IT, and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve concerns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, radiology, clinical operations, or IT support
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and radiology workflows
• Experience with PACS, RIS, dictation systems, and workflow tools
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms preferred
