A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Team Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide management, support, and development to a team of coaches and behavioral health professionals
• Use performance data to support team members in delivering high quality interventions
• Review service level data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a behavioral health setting
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the digital health industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
