Clinical Ops Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations - Business Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between internal clinical partners/vendors to capture specific business requirements
• Coordinate between CareSource and clinical partners/vendors to maximize relationships
• Lead cross-functional meetings to guide development of performance metrics and identify project opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managed care clinical programs
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare or other government programs preferred
• Working knowledge of state, NCQA, and/or URAC requirements preferred
