Job Summary

Driving the future of virtual care, the full-time Clinical Optimization Product Lead will define and execute product strategies for clinical optimization capabilities, including scheduling and EMR-enabled workflows, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for clinical optimization across various workflows
• Lead discovery and execution for scalable new capabilities across clinical specialties and provider types
• Translate complex clinical workflows into clear product requirements and success metrics for engineering and design teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience building or scaling products across complex, multi-platform workflows
• Fluency with API-based integrations and platform interoperability
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and clinical stakeholders
• Strong data instincts with the ability to define metrics and communicate findings across audiences
