Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Outcomes Assessment, Global Evidence & Outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) endpoints for clinical development programs and ensure stakeholder needs are met
• Provide expert advice on patient-reported outcome (PRO) measurement needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Generate evidence for COA measurement strategies and develop COA-based support tools for patients and healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., PhD, MD, or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in clinical outcomes assessment and evidence generation
• Proven track record of working in a multidisciplinary and matrixed organization
• Experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities
• Familiarity with digital technologies for patient support tools
