A company is looking for a Clinical Outcomes and Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data for Family & Children's Services, supporting research, evaluation, and reporting initiatives
• Conduct statistical analyses of program outcomes to identify trends and inform improvements
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and ensure data is structured and delivered effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biostatistics, public health, data science/information systems, or equivalent experience (3-5 years)
• 3+ years managing complex healthcare data systems and performing statistical outcome analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, statistical software (R), and MS Office
• Proficient in statistical modeling and translating data into actionable recommendations
• Strong skills in dashboard development and data presentation for diverse audiences
