Clinical Outcomes Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of a robust clinical outcomes measurement framework, the full-time Clinical Outcomes Specialist will build and maintain metrics across adherence, safety, and patient-reported outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Leap's outcomes framework, defining metric methodologies and aligning with industry standards
• Establish safety event taxonomy and reporting approaches, producing trend reports for clinical leadership
• Develop patient-level adherence monitoring processes and risk-flagging systems for at-risk patients

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, managed care, or related fields
• Direct experience with specialty disease states and medication management
• Proven track record in clinical outcomes, adherence, quality, or safety measurement efforts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and validate methodologies
• Experience interpreting structured clinical data from EHR or pharmacy systems
