Clinical Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance engagement with healthcare providers, the full-time Clinical Outreach Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, conduct cold outreach, and educate prescribers on PHIL's processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with prescribers and office staff via phone and digital messages to provide excellent customer service
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers through effective cold calling and ongoing rapport
• Explain the end-to-end prescription lifecycle and program-level rules to prescribers and office staff

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in physician offices or healthcare delivery environments
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) platforms
• Understanding of medical prescription processing, including electronic submissions and prior authorizations
• Experience with cold outreach calls
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with office staff and physicians
