Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director Site Management & Oversight Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational site management and monitoring activities for clinical studies
• Support study delivery by addressing escalated site issues and ensuring effective recruitment planning
• Build and maintain relationships with investigators and site staff to enhance engagement and collaboration

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or medical laboratory technology
• 12+ years of relevant clinical research experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in leading professional teams and managing large, complex global clinical trials
• Thorough knowledge of ICH guidelines and GCP for all stages of clinical development
• Experience in overseeing vendors and CROs, along with robust budget management skills
