Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Site Management & Oversight Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational oversight of clinical sites and manage monitoring activities
• Support study delivery by resolving escalated site issues and ensuring effective recruitment planning
• Build and maintain relationships with investigators and site staff to enhance engagement

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in leading and managing professional staff and overseeing complex global clinical trials
• Thorough knowledge of ICH guidelines and GCP applicable to clinical development
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
