Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Partnerships Associate to build referral relationships with medical practices and clinicians for eating disorder care.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to medical practices via phone and email to introduce the company and build referral partnerships
• Handle a steady volume of outreach and follow up consistently while documenting interactions in the CRM
• Coordinate with the clinical operations team to ensure smooth handling of referred patients

Required Qualifications and Education

• Interest in healthcare, clinical operations, or the business side of medicine (pre-med, post-bacc, public health, nursing, or healthcare admin backgrounds preferred)
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and professional phone conversations
• Reliable, organized, and proactive with follow-ups
• Ability to use scripts and follow clear processes
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
