Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Performance Auditor - CDI.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct record reviews to identify best practice process improvement opportunities
• Analyze review data and create summary presentations for communication of results
• Engage with teams to provide feedback on record reviews and develop education on clinical concepts

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RN)
• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical documentation integrity (CDI) role
• Preferred experience as a CDI Specialist with knowledge of medical record coding and healthcare billing
• 5+ years of clinical experience in an acute care environment
• Self-starter with strong analytical and presentation skills
