Clinical Performance Data Analyst

Job Summary

Maintaining expert knowledge of clinical performance data, the full-time Clinical Performance Data Analyst will perform in-depth analysis to convert data into actionable insights, working in a hybrid environment while liaising between databases and system-wide customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis on clinical performance data to support decision-making
• Convert complex data into understandable formats for non-technical audiences
• Act as a liaison between databases, data analysts, and system-wide customers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in Information Technology - Data Analytics
• 2 years of experience with Clarity Data Model
• Certification in field of practice preferred; Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality preferred
• 5 years of clinical experience in acute care preferred
