Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the case review process for prior authorizations and provide clinical input
• Participate in departmental projects, including training and clinical policy updates
• Analyze evidence-based medicine resources for coverage determination evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) or relevant experience required
• Current unrestricted licensure recognized in the United States
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical oncology or managed care
• Proficient in evaluating oncology drug treatments and interpreting scientific literature
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
