Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Team Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement day-to-day workflow priorities for the team
• Develop staff and drive employee engagement across the team and department
• Manage day-to-day activities and coach team members to achieve production and quality metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy license
• 5+ years of Clinical Pharmacy Practice experience
• 2+ years of Call Center experience
• 1+ years of management experience or equivalent senior clinical pharmacist experience
