Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Reviewer.

Position Responsibilities

Review and monitor prescription claims data and prescribing practices
Contact physicians and prescribers identified as needing consultation to provide coaching on prescribing practices
Contribute to program improvements by using continuous quality improvement processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
5 years' experience in clinical pharmacy with emphasis in specialty pharmacy and oncology
Managed care pharmaceutical service experience
Knowledge of current research related to specialty medications
PharmD or state licensure preferred
