Job Summary

To enhance patient care, the contract Clinical Pharmacist - State Licensed will work remotely to review prior authorizations and support coverage determinations, ensuring timely access to medications during consistent Monday-Friday hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review and make timely, accurate coverage determinations for prior authorization requests
• Document clinical decisions using workflow systems and PBM platforms
• Collaborate with Coverage Determination Analysts and prescribers to gather necessary information

Required qualifications

• Active PharmD or RPh license in good standing
• Experience in retail, clinical, or PBM pharmacy roles
• Ability to manage high-volume casework while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Comfort working within multiple PBM systems and adapting to new technologies quickly
