Job Summary

To support a growing Clinical Strategy team, the remote Clinical Pharmacist, State Licensed will manage formulary development, interpret clinical data, and incorporate AI tools to enhance workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret formulary and clinical program performance data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Support the development and maintenance of formularies and prior authorization criteria, ensuring alignment with clinical evidence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to implement clinical programs and provide ongoing client support

Required qualifications

• PharmD required; active pharmacist licensure in at least one US state
• 1-3 years of experience in managed care pharmacy or completion of a PGY1/PGY2 residency
• Proficient with AI tools in a professional context, such as ChatGPT or similar
• Working knowledge of formulary management and prior authorization criteria development
• Ability to read and interpret data to translate findings into clinical recommendations
