Clinical Pharmacist (TN/GA Licensed)

Job Summary

To enhance patient care, the remote Clinical Pharmacist (TN/GA Licensed) will provide integrated support to patients and physicians by developing personalized relationships, managing medication adherence, and promoting evidence-based care.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization approvals and care plan recommendations
• Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies, recommending drug therapy changes as appropriate
• Oversee daily activities of support personnel and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree
• Active licensure as a pharmacist in Tennessee or Georgia
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of specialty medication pharmacology and pharmacy regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and database applications
