Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Market Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic patient outreach and provider-facing activities to enhance medication adherence and care quality
- Develop market business plans to engage providers in improving STARs measures related to pharmacy
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving pharmacy-related performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience
- Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of primary residence
- 5+ years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
- 2+ years of experience with Medicare STARs and HEDIS measures
- 2+ years of experience in provider-facing interactions and data analysis
