Job Summary
To support the company's autoimmune and neuromuscular disease portfolios, the remote Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics will design and execute quantitative systems pharmacology and population pharmacokinetic analyses, guiding first-in-human dose selection and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply quantitative systems pharmacology models to inform dose selection and support translational projections
- Build and qualify population pharmacokinetic models using NONMEM, linking pharmacokinetics to efficacy and safety endpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quantitative strategies with program milestones and present findings to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, or a related quantitative discipline
- 6-8 years of relevant industry experience in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics with hands-on modeling expertise
- Proficiency in MATLAB for quantitative systems pharmacology model development
- Strong experience in population PK/PD modeling using NONMEM and R for data analysis and visualization
- Familiarity with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and experience with regulatory submissions
