Job Summary
Designing and executing clinical pharmacology strategies for oncology small-molecule programs, the full-time Associate Director or Director of Clinical Pharmacology will manage PK/PD study design, dose selection, and modeling approaches while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Clinical Pharmacology on multidisciplinary oncology program teams, supporting activities from late-stage discovery through Phase 1 trials
- Analyze and report clinical PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response data for oncology assets as part of development teams
- Design clinical pharmacology components of oncology studies, including dose escalation and drug-drug interaction studies
Required Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Pharmacology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in clinical development of oncology small-molecule therapeutics, particularly in dose-escalation trial designs
- Proficiency in using Phoenix WinNonlin for non-compartmental analysis
- Working knowledge of PBPK modeling and current DDI regulatory frameworks
- Hands-on experience in writing regulatory and scientific documentation, including Clinical Study Protocols and Statistical Analysis Plans
