Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Analyst responsible for analyzing pharmacy-related healthcare programs and drug formularies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze pharmacy claims data to identify trends and develop predictive models
• Evaluate the financial and clinical impacts of drug formulary decisions and collaborate with pharmacy benefit managers
• Analyze pharmacy workflows for efficiency improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Pharmacy, Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, data analysis, or healthcare analytics
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management and healthcare reimbursement
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to pharmacy operations
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
